Game Client modified by Ender

[borka]

oh sh*t my miss - i'm real sorry Fiction!!! (a javaw to much)

this should work

Code: Select all

"C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" -Xms256m -Xmx512m -jar haven.jar moltke.seatribe.se
pause

[FictionRyu]

Lol it's alright borka, thank you for helping me, that last one did the trick.
Now I can try out the non-laggy version of Haven and Hearth again lol.

[Feedzor]

Hello,

I've come back to play now that the lag is gone. However, my client doesn't show the dots or icons on the mini map anymore.
Also, in the client it does not show stuff that it used to do for example; The amount of LP an item gives when you hover over it.

I might be wrong, it has been 6 months. Hope you can help!

*Addition;
I am running the x32 version on Windows 7. With Java 6 update 32.

Regards

Dear knowledgeable client modders such as Ender and boshaw,

I want my own client to look for saved login in a different place than the clients for loftar’s server. What do I need to change to accomplish this? To be honest, I'm not even sure how/where the H&H client stores that kind of thing.

[borka]

with Ender 32 on WindozeXP32 /Java7u21 JRE

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\haven
HKEY_USERS\S-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\haven

-> savedtoken (saved when "Remember me" enabled - "Forget me" = cleared)
-> username shows last logged in account name

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Also Salem folder in Prefs (Webdefaultclient and APXELOG client)

so prolly you're good if your Server gets his own name folder there to store

[Oddity]

Ok, thanks. Figured it out based on that.

Looks like I will have to change the package name Unless I find a way around that.

[Oddity]

Ok, wasn't too difficult...

And on that note, can someone make multiple-login-remembering for Ender's already? Some other client(s) had it a long time ago!

[XRuecian]

Is it possible to run the .bat file without a Cmd prompt running along-side HnH?

[olgeigracexD]

Just add "start " command in the same line before "javaw -Xms...".
