Try And Keep Males Away From Females In Seperate Pens So You Can Choose The Best Quality Animals To Breed.

Beware! Calves will drink your milk stored in barrels within a range. So put them away from calves. :P

Or have some near calves as an emergency ration ;)

I wondered whether we should have an extra animal breeding / hatching thread to discuss experiences and make a neat Wiki page - even with experience in 3 worlds with having animals i still have no clue of certain things

One more question about animals, is there any reason to have more than one bull?
From what I understand the only thing they're good for is breeding and slaugther.

Not really. Keep a high quality bull for breeding purposes and slaughter the rest for meat and intestines.

Please do :)

I have a question if i have hq chickens will they continue to loose quality if the fodder is below their quality or is it only the chicks that will take a quality hit?
I fully look forward to jorb and loftar fixing several mechanics and bringing back updates, because at that time you chuckleheads are going to be more marginalized than lawn furniture in winter.

Once they are fully grown they will not change in quality either way.

Question: I can't remember, it's been so long, but how do I find my characters stat info? Like how many kills, etc.
