So yes lets talk about wine!

In real live the older the wine the more expensive it is right?
So why dont we have a system like that ingame?

My idea is : When you have made wine you need to bottle it into wine bottels and store it in a winerack in the cellar. each day it stays there the quality of the wine increaces by 2 (?).
This way you will get better wines who will be more expensive.
