It's in Russian and you need to set Encoding to UTF-8 in your browser.

I don't think it'll help to draw icons on minimap. It is handled in drawProfitMinimap(...) method in KerriUtils.java file and uses a Pair<Coord, Color> objects, so there can't be any icons.

Though you can configure what will be highlighted with which color in haven.ini file.
