so how do we actually unlock the sweet throne and skull mug? Im going to assume they require murder, or perhaps underdeveloped skulls are useless and you need to discover developed skulls.

my money is needing murder to make them though

I'm guessing you'll need "fully developed" skulls to make them to stop people from spamming alts to make them.
