Gold is actually far too valuable to work as a currency in H&H. Most people who get paid in gold coins will immediately take them off the market and either make jewelry or hoard them for future jewelry needs. Gold and silver are very nice trade goods for those that have found a vein and can spare some nuggets to trade, but coins aren't going to circulate for long enough to be a meaningful currency.Nummy wrote:Not very true.
