As written before on this topic, i dropped my bag in S3E5, built my house, set up a minimum palissade and started to pave the street around the square.

As first post commented " New immigrants will be oathed after they have made a home and done some road work", i would like to know how i can ask for oath.

Public hearthfires have been taken down due to dickheads griefing. We will put them back in future. Maybe in a different form.

I noticed your problem, you should make a palisade area in which people can hearth into and view the town but not get into it. So that people can go into this gate house into the town essentially.

Only when you or another official is on can you open that hearth gate and let hearthlings into the town and if they try to grief just kill them while your on.
