@masterwin the main problem is that noffdeff.res file that can't be downloaded - seems to be a naming problem i assume
so you would need to get it somewhere else that's why i suggested mvguliks haven-res.jar

you might try with this:
noffdeff.res
drop it into Ender res folder path:
/gfx/hud/combat/com/

Ah, thankyou very much. That worked. I probably would have tried that eventually, I didn't really read through the error until now.

Trouble with Java 7 and Enders client, what is the path needed to link it up? or is there something new?

Okay, im getting the "Connection refused: connect" error. Tried deactivating Firewall and Antivirus before logging in to check if it's an issue there. Sadly, it is not. Anybody got an idea?

Nevermind, I'm silly.
But I did download Java 6 again.

Hey guys I'm having a bit of trouble. Just downloaded the client, my path in the run.bat file is as follows:

Code: Select all

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" -Xms256m -Xmx512m -jar haven.jar moltke.seatribe.se -r ./res

When I run the file the cmd window opens, then a bunch of stuff comes up really fast and then it just closes, I'm not sure what to do. The following images are what the cmd window does.

edit your run.bat to

Code: Select all

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin\javaw.exe" -Xms256m -Xmx512m -jar haven.jar moltke.seatribe.se -r ./res

Code: Select all

-r ./res
argument is not needed btw. Res loader checks ./res dir by default.
