Server lagging strangely, or is it just me? It's like lag every second I get back for half a second and then character move forward 1 second and again and again...

ok,i started to play today,it lets connect and everything but...
IT SAYS NO ONE IS PLAYIND ASIDE OF ME.
I cheked the main page to see if that is truth,it says that 886 people are playing.......
