I havent played this game in literally a year cuz it used to freeze all the time and only like 3 people would play.....but holy crap now there are like 878 people on! where did this spike of popularity come from?

Jorbtar fixed most of the lag issues that crippled the game in w6. There's still lag, but it's manageable for the most part and vastly reduced for haven.

That + no world resets recently + word of mouth brought back a lot of players. And the lack of crippling lag has kept them fairly well (we were holding 1k/peak, but it's inching down now that the world's aging).
