Hey uh, this idea seems silly to only protect part of a SG, you should either protect all of it, or none of it, otherwise it's a useless effort.
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

they are probably just trying to get noobs to settle there to raid them self's.

What? When you fell on your keyboard Criminal Acts was toggled and then when you were picking yourself up you pushed your mouse onto the floor where your cat pounced on it and caused your guy to steal someone's cheese? That happens to me all the damn time.

W3 to W6 - Blockland. Special mentions: New Avalon, Tarn of Hotdog, Red October.
W7 - Elvenia, til we all got lazy.
W8 - Cult of R'lyeh, til the deeps called us back.
W9 - Tartarus, til death/wizards came for the land itself.

In world 6 that was done by Dis and Ainran, factions that ruled that world untill the big lag.
Is Grey City capable of that? If Grey City belongs to AD, there is a chance.
If nots like that I think this area gonna be a carnage.
