if you have to build a house in segments(thats 1 wall at a time, then a roof), it would prevent the misuse of houses that caused them to make them not buildable for a day...quairelatedSeizure wrote:Those two have nothing to do with eachother...SuperNoob wrote:that would be better than waiting 24 hoursDDDsDD999 wrote:Jorb originally wanted houses to be built piece by piece, but the engine wasn't ready for such nice things.

Re: New Structure: The Keep
There is absolutely no indication that one would prevent the necessity of the other... In all likely hood they would still need the same amount of time to be built, and the same amount of resources.SuperNoob wrote:if you have to build a house in segments(thats 1 wall at a time, then a roof), it would prevent the misuse of houses that caused them to make them not buildable for a day...quairelatedSeizure wrote:Those two have nothing to do with eachother...SuperNoob wrote: that would be better than waiting 24 hours

If anything, it could only make it easier to misuse, as you might only need to build part of the house to block it. This is of course barring a resource increase, although that could be implemented without the piece-by-piece mechanic.Seizure wrote:There is absolutely no indication that one would prevent the necessity of the other...
