Ratio for Onion&Chantrelle:Bar of Metal

Hey, I'm currently trying to make Onion and Chantrelle Pirozhkis, and I am wondering what I should expect of how much a bar of metal would cost. Thanks for any help and if you are interested in a trade tell me.
