Never, you can only have one character of each name per account.

In w6 i was able to name a char the same after about a year since his death - but w6 running time was an accident anyways...

Yeah I've found that one, a bit too utilitarian for my taste. I was talking about the one that is just a table and has 3 little cheese on top. I'm assuming it is from some type of package because searching for cheeserack res only comes up with hazzor's.
