Declare, and my men set up a basic domed base with two solar panels, which power a super computer. There is 7 men, with enough food for a week.

BTW, everyone starts as neutral and you may declare war whenever you wish, however the only time this really should occur is when everyone is done with their bases and is bored, or someone does something hostile to another player. Please don't start a war for a stupid reason.

Added an Electrical storage unit & room.

Hired an engineer to look after the Electrical systems

Wired everything up

Flew in a generator

Permanently stationed a small VTOL gunship/transport on the helipad on the roof, Added a pilot

added a sentry turret to the bottom of the helipad

Added individual rooms for all employees, Converted the original barracks & lounge to computer rooms

Changed "grunt" employee uniform to Blue, so as not to blend in with their beds
