Game Client modified by Ender

Hey ppl... I managed to get in game but there still is one massive problem and i would ask for help if any1 could solve my problem.
I downloaded Enders client and when i start it from "Haven" and i try to login it says Connection refused: Connect. BUT i can play it if i start it by "run" but it wont have some "enders client" options like wiping trees off minimap and showing curiositis and other pickable items like strings on minimap... anybody had same problem and successfully solved it? plz help me couz its rly annoying thing :/

autohaven and haven are default clients, Ender is a custom "standalone" client which isn't connected with default client

If you want to use Ender you only can start it with run.bat

You enable stuff in Tools Menu and with "RedCross" Icon

when settings made there enable hiding with CTRL+H

TNX for ur fast response. i know that thing for "red cross" but i havent found how to make curiositis and other strings highlighted...
EIDT: other problem... i cant see how much LP gives CURI and how long it takes to be "studied"

Which Ender version are you running ? Did you get the update and unpacked into Ender folder?

check Tools - and what's to enable at different tabs

Click X then click D.
It will enable/disable radar but i think you have it disabled :p

Has anyone installed Enders and ran it on a Windows 8 computer?

Shouldn't be a problem running Ender with Windows 8 when you have Java installed ( and it's settings properly )

remember Java 64Bit on Windows 64 with 64 Bit browser with Ender 64 Bit or Ender 32 Bit and 32 Bit Java

(btw. upgrade to 8.1 is free and what i got it solves some problems)
