im so mad! On one of my characters i found a camp with a sleeping person at it and a stone tablet that says "stay if you dont have a home" So i made camp there and stayed there for awhile. Well, i logged in today and almost all my things were gone and almost all of the sleeping guys stuff was gone. Also, there was a new house only a little bit away. The land was owned and had a stone tablet saying "You dont live on my land". That guy took me and the sleeping guys stuff and claimed the land for himself! What a jerk!

Unlucky OP. There is a general acceptance that unclaimed property is public property. You will also soon realise that whatever you lost at this point in the game wasn't worth getting upset about in any case.

So... just a thought...either find a better place to be...or be a total ass, hope you lvl faster than he does. Build a palisade wall around his chyt and throw the key in the river. OR Make a village claim and declaim his spot. But in all likely hood both are low level toons without walls. So, if your more carebeary like me...move on learn from your mistakes and start fresh. Trust me...I've lost my head many many many times being carebeary but I will still be me. I just try to hold on to my head tighter now.

And if you become important enough to someone, they'll come and fight for you. People don't like to see their favorite trader, farmer, person, etc. get messed with.
