Use Ender's client in the "The Wizard's Tower" subforum. This will give you some neat features such as radar, hiding objects, xray, nightvision, and many other superpowers.

i have it installed but when i click the + button (Xtended) and select hiding of objects (aka trees) it does nothing and all the trees stay visible

Options (Ctrl + O) ---> Hide Objects ---> mark everything you want (except gates so you can open and close gates with hide mode on to increase FPS but that's just my preference)
Btw, questions about custom clients shouldn't be asked here because this isn't gameplay related, it should be asked in the Ender's client thread or generally in the wizard tower subforum. :)

ctrl+h is only a shortcut to what he already did via Xtended menu. What I said is what will fix his problem.

Yep sorry about that but still once plowed or stomped says "not enough clearance" for paving
