They may owe you a thanks or maybe even gratitude but nothing more. I made no mention of bugs not needing to be reported. I simply think people overstep their bounds to much sometimes. You are not entitled to know everything, and you most certainly are not entitled to get everything.

I didn't find 'your anything' though, it was rather a generalisation. I could have mentioned that I guess. If anything, maybe that what is deemed fair or just, in specific context, is a matter of opinion.
