Re: The Ghost of Christmas Future
Its a bit harsh, for only being only a little bad. But the harsher we are now the funnier shit we get down the road right?

Re: The Ghost of Christmas Future
my fellow and unfunny mate, I agree completely with the bot thing, that doesn't mean I can't make other suggestions as wellLordtimo wrote:Yea bots are no problem, but fkn fix the ctrl + n , its FKN OP, and an super unfair adv, as only 1% of haven comm has this feature, so plspablet wrote:It would be cool if you do something to avoid clients were you can "turn on the light" in the caves. Using mining helms at the caves would be cool but you aren't going to spend resources on something like that when you can simply press ctrl+n and someone who doesn't do it has an advantage over you.
I'd also like to suggest implementing different weapons, not in a scale from bad to good effectivity in combat but simply different fighting styles, wich in my opinion would make the game more diverse

Honestly? That'd be super cool.
No ctrl+n/x/h/what ever
We can actually you know, hide, we can escape, we can actually feel lik the game has some substance rather than we are the manifestation of the terminator.
Seriously, it really truly is the utmost garbage to use those binds.

I remember back in the day when I just started haven and used to hide behind trees when I saw another playerMassa wrote:Honestly? That'd be super cool.

When I was a noob I hid my baskets behind trees lol... I hope in hafen the client is good and that you cant make new modded ones like enders. Cuz if nobody could see through stuff that would be awesome. Once I sniped a guy from behind a cart before the radar thing came out. Now suprise isnt a thing.pablet wrote:I remember back in the day when I just started haven and used to hide behind trees when I saw another playerMassa wrote:Honestly? That'd be super cool.

Equal whether the client is closed source or written in a different language there'd always be coders doing clients suiting their "needs".
At the point where we are now there are clients open to use for everyone. With closed source or different language the use of alternate clients would be restricted to those again that are able to code it or to those that are friends of coders or pay them.
And "surprise sniping" anyway only would work on unprotected weak Noobs ...
