I currently don't have a pure's membership active, but I'll message you when I do.jordancoles wrote:1v1 me buddieHolya wrote:They've had a 2007scape server running for a while. All of my characters are there~
They changed an MMORPG to the point where it's barely recognizable graphically, and all of the mechanics so different that it could legitimately be a different game, and nobody would notice the parallels in combat.Servant_Girl wrote:Fixedjordancoles wrote:Evolution of combat is different so I automatically hate anything new.
I was excited about EOC at first, as were most of my friends. We played it for a couple weeks, decided it was garbage and quit.
I suppose it's impossible to objectively say a game is bad/worse/better, but if a large chunk of your community leaves forever due to a content update, I'd say you objectively released a bad update.

You'd have thought people would have taken a lesson from SOE and the Star Wars Galaxies NGE....
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

I don't like cigarette because there is no life with smoking. I was a chain smoker than with the help of e cigarette i quite my smoking habit.dagrimreefah wrote:You can play an earlier version (just search for "whatdafuck05.wad" and you'll easily find it). The version in the screenshots above is almost done, and MUCH superior.
BTW, I love how that Grezzo Due mod uses my e cigarette-in-hand-sprite,
brings a tear of joy to my eye ;-;
EDIT: Wow, that mod uses a lot of shit from my mod, including maps and monsters. More tears of joy ;

Yeah, kinda took em' long enough to realize it was a different game and finally rename it 'Runescape 3'Holya wrote: -snip-

Most disagree with me but I feel like 'Runecape 3' started rolling out a loooog time ago. Think about it. Runescape 3 is a game you play completely differently than OSRS.... I propose that the Grand Exchange was actually the first step of RS3. Just like the EoC completely changed the way to engage combat, G.E completely change the way the economy works. And finally NiS completely changed the way you interface with the game.
What do you think?
And to keep on topic, here is a few screen shots of a dead game another cutthroat pvp game that I played 'incorrectly'. May it R.I.P

Yeah but GE was freaking awesome, I loved it, way better than actually having to manually do it all. Usable, fluent, abusable if you have patience, and safe and easy.Pinkie-Pie wrote:Yeah, kinda took em' long enough to realize it was a different game and finally rename it 'Runescape 3'Holya wrote: -snip-

Ideally, the GE+Free Trade would have been great, imo, trade limit was just stupid.
