Crafted under Cloth Making. Takes one leather and one string.
Right click on it in inventory gives a 3x3 window.
I don't have any seeds right now to test, but I can't put a piece of bone in it.

They are also quite useless in their current state, no crafting grass planting or trough filling from them nor does shift clicking items out of them really work.
