Which foods raise which stats?

I gather carrot cake raises perception and that bread is good for constitution. What other baked goods are good for what?

Also, does eating plain roast meat raise your stats at all or are they inert, like apples? Are grapes inert? Plain carrots?

I found a table of what sausages raise which stat, but can someone (Dev?) post a complete table showing all the results?
