I am fast coming to detest having to harvest constantly to feed my animals, the damn things bred like rabbits :S

Having to log into multiple accounts all the time to give newborn alts permissions because the ones have digging clay for brick walls keep starving to death (not going to waste good food on them..)

Have you maybe tried separating the males and females?

Could stuff them full of beer or just waste food, it's not a waste if it's saving you a bunch of effort

or feed them raw beef. everyone has dead cows to spare. no black event with that to kill them off faster.

Of course! But then RL happens and it seems to be within the rare 24 hour stretch that I can't check in is when a male calf/piglet/lamb matures and boom the whole herd/flock is preggers again :S I'll be doing a major cull this weekend.. and lots of sausage making

You don't need to feast them, just stuff them full with whatever you have
