About the PF, before making the code public you should try contact Aghmed. I think he shows up from time to time but haven't been around a while. We developed most the base code but the latest version was mostly his work.

About the crashes that led to Bramsons IP bans. The buggs he was effected by are the same bugs found in the Ender client and basically is inherited into all other versions of Ender forks. Gist is to always log off after death as map sessions linger in the background and lead to IP bans. Mostly this bug happens when you kill alot of alts at the same time and keep logging into a new character from the character login screen instead of logging out fully.

You can add that yourself, if it's still union base, then the hotbar files are in plain text in file toolbars.conf
