Friend made for me Beart Tooth Amulet q54. To Equip that, I need Jewellery? Or Creator is only one person, who can eqiop that amulet?

It goes into the first slot on the right side of the character sheet, the head slot that is not a hat. Make sure you don't have a pipe or glasses or anything else equipped in that slot. I don't think it requires any skills to equip, it definitely doesn't require either of the above.
