Get your hands on some decent chickens, shouldn't be difficult to get at least q300 and they are in several dex foods, suggest that if you are training a crafter you train pysche at the same time from early on as that will affect quite a few things too, by training two skills at once you obviously increase your diversity bonuses.

do a lot of sparring for praxis
