On days that I smoke my chances of having a dream(or more like remembering it) are greatly reduced. I'm a seasoned LDer and my habits make me schedule when I do smoke, haha.

Indeed, I have the same experience. When I smoke before going to sleep, I tend not to remember my dreams.
One of the effects of cannabis is that it inhibits your short-term memory, as well as the transition from short to long term memory (which is one of the main effects of dreaming)

However, when I do remember dreams after smoking, I tend to have more complex and interesting dreams.

The short term memory thing makes me give out the advice to anyone who needs study, as in 'memorize stuff', not to smoke for a while.

Tell that to the (real) Indians.

While the THC itself doesn't dissolve well in water, there are other very mild psychoactive compounds that will. As Potjeh suggested, alcohol works better, as does milk and oils. Bhang isn't a straight up "water plus leaves" tea but it's kind of one. I'd put it under that skill tree.

Let me restate. Cannaboids in general are hydrpophobic. You CAN make tea from cannabis but the only thing more wasteful than this is eating it raw. Tinctures could be distilled but I see no reason for Smoking to be antithematic since archeologists have uncovered evidence of 10,000 years of cannabis smoking.

I realize that smoking is historical, I just think tea would be a less visible way to implement usable hemp. If the devs add bongs (like a clay one), especially if it comes with a smoking animation, I know I'm going to run into potman420. He will sit around smoking pot, asking if it's 4:20 where I live. It's like adding a gunblade. No matter how you do it, someone's gonna pretend to be Squall.

Then again, I could just kill potman420. It might be worth it just for that.
