24.5 GB maps + 7.5 GB accounts/characters. :)

Wow, you really know how to manage and conserve data usage.

7.5Gb of accounts/characters heheeheh, thats only a third of the game files, damn... Imagine having to search for something in there.

Is it possible to make early access for Hafen?
I want to play as early as possible and I willing to pay for it!

So after a few years on and off, destroying one or to laptops during rage quitting exercises and actually making a somewhat functional village full of noobs i have decided to return once again to Haven..

Problem is,.. i see lots of talk about it going bye bye's to make way for Hafen?

Question i pose here is to the devs,.. and please answer me.
i see a lot of questions missing their respective answers and i for one dont wish to pry so ill get to the point..

BE HONEST MATE.

is there any point in me starting again in haven or would i do better to wait until development on your new toy is finished?

i mean i want to go hide somewhere in the map and in time come troll some trolls with my party after catching up with their op stats..
BUT!, if there is a new game released well before the chance to do that id rather go head to head with everyone and start the shiney shiney instead.

so what do you think guys? any point in beginning a fresh one or should i wait for the gleaming new game to be released and just go with being on par with everyone at the same level?>

none the less i have started fresh but... wish to know do i have a year or two to play or do i have not enough time.?

Peace and Light
Shanked..

World 7 Haven & Hearth is planned to run concurrently with Hafen until either A) The game corrupts beyond use/repair or B) Hafen gets so far along in its development that it completely and utterly trumps Haven in every way. The latter won't be happening for quite some time just because content takes time to create. There isn't a make button that you can press that develops game worlds.

So the real risk that you're looking to deal with is the server exploding. At the moment there is no data corruption in the server and everything looks stable enough. Unless someone finds an exploit that can utterly destroy the server or that warrants taking the server down, you should have quite some time with Haven to go. Barring special circumstances, the honest answer is that World 7 is probably going to survive for many more months if not another year or two (or three?).

As for the release of Hafen getting in your way -- well, your guess is as good as ours. The devs will start letting us know when they're getting ready to release the world. Until then all we can do is cross our fingers and hold our breaths. I'd volley the guess that, at most, we have months of development time left at most. Then again
