Did you restart the client?
Also, saving is slower than with the regular client, so you might just have to wait a bit before exiting.

How do you change the resolution with the JNLP link after the initial prompt to pick a resolution and IRC name?

Press ` to access the console, after that, type help to see the available commands.

i find that when there is over 150 people, your client just doesn't work for me. the error message states that it is timing out wait for something (i think its the map since i can see my screen but my map never loads). but in contrast, the normal client loads up super quick.

Re: IRC Capable Client (10.02.04)
I'm seeing a lot of requests for resources that should be in the resource jar, and I'm guessing those are people using Pacho's client. I think the JNLP should use the latest resource jar automatically. Are there many people not using the JNLP and still using an outdated resource jar out there?

Yeh, that's most likely the case. Its been known to happen with the downloadable version of the client (remember rustroot crashes?). I put up an update with a more recent version of haven-res.jar, but I don't know how many people actually downloaded it.
