That is a textarea where you can use spacebar to pad things out and very simply format a page of text. If you want to go fancy, we can choose from a range of fonts. A large textarea you can type and format things in, then preview and if happy, "publish" which saves the note. When you open notes, instead of getting a string of text, you get a 'page' IE: An actual note.
Bonus Option: Ability to freehand draw on a note, thus allowing people to include drawn images. Possibly of cocks.
