How to make flour

There probably is some minor detail I have overlooked, but how do you make flour?
I have wheat seeds and a quern

you need the baking skill, then right click the quern, then go craft -> baking -> flour then hit the craft button

Unlike all the other baking recipes, to make flour you need farming.

(You may need baking as well... I can't test that without making a new character.)
