No, the Devs decided it would be a genius Idea to remove all accessibility and make the game pay to play. So don't bother.

No, you can't port to your friends hearth. You can set a hearth secret and add kin in such a way. At this point, I'm not sure what party options and such are there that were there before. I seem to recall the party arrow was going away. People can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on this.

You cannot click there picture to move to them, and there is no arrow.
