this is absolutely ridiculous. the prices stated are well beyond those of WoW or other such MMORPGs and the game is no where near the standards of them. maximum 1$ a month for unlimited play or you lose a dedicated player

kev

72$ A year is not more than WOW LOL

its 72$ + the 1 time registration so actually 87$

this is WOW

How do Rates Compare?
1 month€12.99 / £9.99 every month
3 months€11.99 / £9.39 every month
Billed @ €35.97 / £28.17 every 3 months
6 months€10.99 / £8.69 every month
Billed @ €65.94 / £52.14 every 6 months

current exchange rate being 1.54

52.14 = 80.30$

lol id rather play 6 moths of WOW than this unreliable outdated worthless game. these prices are stupid for the level of product provided.......

Well to add my 2 pec to the discussion...

Pay to play is good on many lvls as it clears the community, but the price is high for a game of this kind, and also 15 dollars might be pocket change in the US or Scandinavia but it's a lot of money for many people that enjoy haven.

Also personally I've had my eye on some survival games like dayz (and it's clones) since 2013 but I said then that "hey, why pay for a buggy alpha, I'll wait till it's finished and then consider paying" now it's late 2015, I'm still watching those games but I woun't spend a dime or even think about spending until those games are properly finished.

In short I woun't pay what is more than my days wage a month just to play a crappy alpha - I might but only if the game is finished, polished with good graphics and completely bot and hack free, not before.

Yes or get 72$ once a year and it saves you money

I can pay that then, but i'm worried bout playing on a low population hnh, implying it's already a low population game.

And then, why on earth would people buy the $15 play time?!

There are both. If you purchase the 15$ pack you can play the time a month has. That sounds pretty ok to me.

That was actually wrong. My bad.

Yeah, I've got that bit worked out now, lol, don't worry .. :)
Trying to talk in here is ridiculous atm, think I'll just come back tomorrow when everyone has calmed down .....

Amanda44 wrote:One more question re the sub if anyone can make it clear pls ... for the subscription (not the 1st option, verify acc where it states it) do I get full access and unlimited hrs back to w7 ..... as well as unlimited in the new version?

I think the idea is that if you want everything that way. You get the 15$ Verify Account which gets you unlimited old haven and 24 Extra Hours of playtime on top of the 48 hours you would get with a free account. the 15$ is a one time deal I am assuming so they have verified account holders. Then you Subscribe for however long or whatever plan you want.

So your first month would be 15 dollars if u still wanted to play the old haven PLUS your sub fee. Then the next month after that its just your sub fee. So if you get the Verify Account and Sub for 365 days it would cost about 87$ the first year and 72$ every year after if you get the BRONZE subsscription plan.

Hope that helps

Yeah, thanks ... :) ... I think I get it now, lol. What I want is unlimited playing time in both worlds and how much is that going to cost me ..... so that would be the 87$ first year, etc .... which is like £57 ..... idk, it does seem a bit dear in comparison to other games ..... we'll see what it's like. :)

@Zemith Probably for people who just want to play the Old haven that never donated once. Which I admit I am one of them. I was waiting for this new version to come out first.

I'm subscribing tomorrow. They seem committed to updates and the game looks great.

my government isnt the problem, the point im making is that the prices being stated are comparing up to the other mmorpgs out there and the product doesnt match up at all

>letting ppl hype it to the "haven"s
>destroying the free w7
>releasing this monster of subscription based BS
>driving it to the "hearth" SOOOOO DAMN FAST

Even in the remote chance that this is a troll on their part, its still as bad as it sounds.

Neo: You could say that.
Morpheus: I see it in your eyes. You have the look of a man who accepts what he sees because he is expecting to wake up. Ironically, that's not far from the truth. Do you believe in fate, Neo?
Neo: No.

I'm not sure. All I know is it's cheaper for this than any good MMO I've ever played in MY Country. My dollar is like 75 cents on the American Dollar. WOW sucks anyway, never played that game past the free trial.

Cookie cutter games suck.
