I pressed something and all my UI went, I could bring back the bottom stuff by clicking the arrows, but all the UI in the top left won't come back?!

My health/stamina/hunger bars are no longer visible. I've tried reopening the client.
This happened right after the latest crash.
Perhaps there is some part of the UI I'm missing that will make them appear again.

java is up to date (v8u60)
I'm on a mac
Intel HD Graphics 4000 graphics card

In left top corner should be stamina energy and so on, cant see any of them
