What program do i use to launch haven and heart?

Whenever i double click on the autohaven file it asks me what program do i want to launch the game with. I tried java but it only opens a black box and closes itself instantly

You need to use Java Web Start to launch. If it doesn't provide you this on the default list, you'll need to find javaws.exe on your system and use it to lauch. On Windows, it should be something like C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_60\bin\javaws.exe. I've heard that Macs won't launch a .jnlp file, so there may be other things you need to do, such as setting up the Haven .jar files to launch directly.
