Getting raided

Hey, I was just hoping for some simple advice.

My and some friends I made in the game are constantly being raided and looted while we try to build a home, whats the fastest thing we can do to prevent this from happening?

if you have a house you can use hearth fires on the inside as wall to prevent people coming in, not sure what else would work without claim/pallisade

Setup a Lean-to, lift containers, and place them into the lean-to. Lean-tos have traditionally required theft to steal from, so I'm hoping they still prevent it in Hafen.

I always thought you had to be sleeping in a bed inside the lean-to in order for the theft protection to be effective. Was I wrong? I've been trying to figure out why I can't make a bed to sleep in the lean-to for hours.

In Haven 1.0 you were correct but in 2.0 there doesn't appear to be any way to setup a bed so I don't know why it would require one.

Alright, I guess I'm not missing anything then. Glad to know I'm not the only one missing beds, I thought maybe there was something I hadn't discovered yet. Although I guess that could still be the case.

This is true, but it's not hard to test. I wasn't able to meet up with any friends so I can't try it myself but if someone setup a lean-to and their friends could/n't steal from it then that'd either prove or disprove it.

My group did it, we found that you can not take things someone else put into them. It does work.

Couldn't you still bash lean-tos to grief?
