Oh boi, you will farm a lot in 48h!Undefined wrote:It makes absolute sense.
The $10 option is for Your account.
The $15 options tradable in game for ANY account.
So you can buy the $15 Token and trade it in game for something shiny.
Essentially it could be a way for players who can't afford or don't want to buy Gametime for $$ to farm in game and exchange their time for it with another player instead.

So basically this is a round-about for Pay to Win. It's not exactly P2W, but you can basically buy Tokens and sell them for pearls.Undefined wrote:So you can buy the $15 Token and trade it in game for something shiny.
This gets better every minute I read more about it.
Hope you have a great day

Re: A question about playtime.
You may not farm a lot in 48 hours but you could farm a lot in 30 days in order to pay for your next 30 day.
It could be considered pay to win, but then it could also be considered simple economics. If I consider $15 to be worth less to me than the time it would take me to acquire the goods/services being provided then it's a good deal for me. If you consider the time it takes for you to acquire the goods/services to be worth less to you than $15 it's a good deal for you.
I'm not saying it's a glorious system that I completely agree with, it's just the way it is and the way it has always been in every MMO ever produced, right back to when I used to sell million gold checks in Ultima Online. The main difference here is that it's officially supported rather than cloak and dagger.
