Hey, is there a way to increase stamina regeneration?

oh and how do i fill a stone fireplace?

In Haven 1 it was pretty much get a bark cup or a flask and fill it with water

Craft a bucket and equip it into one of your hands. You can drink whilst working out it also holds 10.0L instead of 0.60l

chairs don't regen stamina anymore, water is the only way until someone gets tea

I cant seem to fill a bucket. every time i try to, i end up dropping the bucket in the water.
