No, subscription time is frozen while the server is down.

Again, no.

Sub time only ticks while the server is up.

No, the sub only ticks down when the servers are up. So if the servers are down you will not lose that time.

Again, no.

But what if the server is down for say, 10 hours?
Will that day just not count towards the 30 day sub?
I assumed that if you bought a sub on the 20th, it'd end on the 20th of next month regardless of down time.

I guess someone should start working on a FAQ section. The initial confusion and cluelessness has boiled down to a few questions asked repeatedly...

every minute and second the server is down, is a minute and second of your sub not used.

By the way, Jorb, sorry that we're being so unsupportive atm ^^ Well part of us. You're still doing an excellent job and the game is absolutely increadible. I'm already relapsing here.

If you buy a sub and the server is down for 90hrs that month, then your sub will end after 30 days + 90hrs.

Sub time only ticks when the server is up. Simple.

Thanks. No big deal. I understand that there is some pain at this change. Some amount of rage is ok.
