I think it may have something to with the red bar to the right in the window when you open the fireplace, which I think is heat, the more heat bar is filled the quicker it roasts, mine's full and roasting is pretty quick.naosnule wrote:How long are you supposed to turn it? Only hunt them on the grassfields and similar places where stamina drain isn't as high, when you're close to it set your run to full sprint and you will catch them. Also if you chase them into a fox the fox will kill it.CloudJhi wrote:how do you catch rabbits? those things are running at mach 1

R-click won't give you a menu option on the boat? Try ctrl+click or ctrl + r-click

Does it just take a long ass time? I'm roasting and the hourglass doesn't even look like it's going at all.wickerman_156 wrote:Anyone discovered any fishing lure recipes? Had no luck so far.
add it to a stone fireplace, get the fire going, get a cleaned animal carcass (both rabbits and chickens have worked for me) pick it up from your inventory and right click with it on the roasting spit, then position yourself at the turning handle and turn the spit until it's been roasted.
