Houses are just fucking being hunted down mane. Idk if any not on a claim have even survived with the new soak values. I guess it serves them right for not putting up a claim but still.

Rather than drying time, buildings gain soak over time and hit max after 3 days according to loftar.

This applies to palisade posts. Prepare for wave two of tears very shortly.

Palisades are ridiculously cheap and if you can build a palisade, you have yeomanry so can probably claim the palisade anyways.

One log per wall.. Still we messed up and had to break a portion and it took long enough that is more of a hassle to break than build them so that is nice. Even right after making it.

My story is a little bit more complicated. I had a house and my HF inside. Then some guy just built his HF in front of my door blocking me. Unlucky me, I didn't know taht and teleported to my HF. I needed to destroy my house myself to get out. That's why now I live in a place faaaar away from spawnpoints. So far I've seen just one guy there who was also searching for a quiet place after having his house destroyed.
