Lawspeaking/villages

Post by smileyguy4you »

What is needed to unlock lawspeaking? if it exists, I got all the old haven requirements for it, are there extra's in this one, dont wanna start randomly guessing and waste lp.

and if lawspeaking exists, is it still charisma based?

Thanks!
