It charges really fast with only 1 marksman tho

Um, actually it doesnt make aiming time faster, but improves accuracy.

They changed it? I seem to recall that aiming took really long at say, 5 MM in world 7.

Yes in old haven MM skill determined how fast you aim.

Currently you aim really fast even with low MM but tend to have poor accuracy. I have been able to hit a stationary rabbit with 5 or less MM though, but it took me 3 arrows.
