I'm in the gray on PayPal; all the info I've seen points to they allow possible refunds. How would the person be on thin ice? As in through Sea Tribe or through PayPal?
The customer would open himself up to criminal prosecution, because it would borderline fraud. IMHO.
Yeah that is pretty damning evidence given the product. I'd imagine it would be hard to get a refund; even despite the insane idea brought up in another thread where they said PayPal might consider the customer using the muh feelings card; with the active amount of colorful people in our community.
No real way to get a refund then; unless they shut down the servers forever in an hour I suppose.

hah i knew it sounded familiar, i didnt know where it came from!
But im not quite sure how Blizzard and Nintendo react to that, i wish you best of luck they dont sue you to the ground.
Again, we'd happily change them if they really don't want us to use them. It's there because we like both Zelda and Starcraft respectively.

the game is wonderful
you have done a great job developing it.
my friends and i LOVE the zelda reference and would like to thank you for reminding us of such a classic game
