TBH I cannot find any, hazelnuts give hardly any and only rarely do I catch plaice. I do not have carrots yet, is there anything else?

some of the berries, blackberries are the best, they give 0.3FEPs per berry, usually about 6-10 per bush, also elderberries and gooseberries, so go looking around some bushes

E: pears are barely worth doing because they give 0.02 perception FEPs and 0.45 dex, so you're much more likely to get dex when eating pears
