Are Bond's of Blood and Soil like Deeds? Can they be traded to change hands of who owns a claim?

Bonds just dictate who supports what claim.
I have two claims right now, but one of the bonds is with a partner. Their LP gain supports my secondary claim's authority while they hold the bond to the secondary claim.
