Travel Weariness

I dont wanna go necessarily to the ROD just anywhere where there's people... I'm in the middle of nowhere and the closest thing to a person I've seen was a body.

You could just take a long trek, get in a boat and keep plenty of food and just go. May take a short time or may take a long time but you will eventually run across someone, and hopefully they'll be friendly. It's about the only option aside from asking someone to let you hearthfire secret a new character near them or their town.
