Is there a way to remove a paved tile?

More accurately planting grass on it will remove the paved stone. This requires seed to do.

Thanks! I'll try it once I get my hands on some seeds.
There doesn't seem to be any where I am at.

Any seeds are good to plant grass. Wheat, tea, flux, hemp, etc etc.. All crop seeds can be used to plant grass.

If your road was on other terrain than grass, you will still be able to see the planted grass. If you want to hide that, plant trees on it.
