Leanto on claim indestructible

Someone jacked one of my leantos before I got claim up they are NOT sleeping in it but have a box in it therefore making it indestructible but I have now claimed the land and still cannot destroy the leanto on my own claim leaving this random leanto in my way. I am assuming it is a bug that I cant destroy something on my own personal claim especially since we can aggro without rage on own claim.

Claim should arguably override leanto. Will consider.
